Forestry Commission Consultation – The future of FC woodland
As you will no doubt be aware already, there is a public consultation regarding the future of the public forest estate and the future role of the Forestry Commission in England. The Forestry Commission invites views on their plans. The link to the consultation is http://www.forestry.gov.uk/england-pfeconsultation.
Competition Time! – Excellence in Forestry
The Royal Forestry Society is running an excellence in forestry competition – Schools can apply and the winner gets £1,000. Find out more on their website here.
