Description:
An informal day for adults to undertake some woodland conservation management and practice using hand tools and fire. The day aims:
- To support the woodland management at Holt Hall, specifically in the woodland camp and Taylors wood areas.
- To develop understanding of woodland ecology and conservation management.
- To work safely with hand tools and fire.
All volunteers will get a hot soup lunch provided and a discount voucher for Birchwood Learning training courses.
